From barbecue to Ethiopian cuisine, these restaurants are not only serving up delicious dishes, but they are also supporting and empowering the Black community in the Spokane area.   Queen of Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine Queen of Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine is a must-try restaurant for those who are looking to experience the flavors of Ethiopia. The restaurant serves up authentic Ethiopian dishes, including injera, a type of flatbread, and various stews made with spices and fresh ingredients.
