Haydn is one of the best agents in this business—whose professionalism, hard work, and knowledge sets him apart from the rest. I) Haydn’s professionalism is next level. First off, Haydn is very punctual. Whether it be a phone call, home inspection, or open house, Haydn is always on time. Even his paperwork is on time—Haydn always generated the right paperwork exactly when we needed, and this helped our selling process move quickly. The only time Haydn did not show up on time was when he rolled up to our appointment 15 minutes early! His timeliness reflects his commitment to work and respect for his clients. Secondly, Haydn is very honest, which is a rare trait with young professionals in an industry that relies on sales. In our communications, Haydn never shielded me from good or bad news—he always told me the truth as soon as he knew it—and told it to me straight. You can trust Haydn to not embellish the good news, and you can trust him not to hide the not-so-good news, especially when you need to hear it to formulate the best path to move forward. Lastly, and most importantly to someone like me, Haydn makes a point to surround himself with other professionals, creating a network of trust and operational efficiency. He practices extreme diligence— with super fast response times for text, email, and phone calls, Haydn makes business efficient and easy. Haydn has a sense of urgency that can’t be taught—At one point, we decided to move from one offer to another, and within a few minutes of us wrapping up our conversation about me expressing interest in the new offer, he had already reached out to that second buyer to pursue next steps. Haydn moves quickly and this is greatly appreciated. III) Haydn is remarkably knowledgeable about his profession. Haydn possesses a depth of technical knowledge that spans multiple segments of the real estate vertical—lending, banking, inspection reports, insurance, real estate code, construction basics, interior design concepts—Haydn is extremely well-versed in these areas and he applies his knowledge effectively. Side note—he also produces real-estate marketing and social media content that is simply top-tier. Beyond his technical knowledge, Haydn’s non-technical knowledge (ie, emotional intelligence), is solid. Haydn knows how to speak and communicate with people very well. This trait is especially evident in his tenant management abilities. When I was showing my property, Haydn was in lockstep communication with my tenants (and me), demonstrating his deft ability to work with people and manage people-focused processes. In conclusion, I cannot overstate my gratitude for Haydn and my assurance that he is one of the best agents in the Pacific Northwest.
