ABOUT
Haydn Halsted
As a Spokane native (and someone who left Spokane and couldn’t stay away) I truly know what life is like here and have had the opportunity to show dozens of families how great life is here.
I work every day to show off the amazing amenities we have in this “small” city through YouTube and provide data for my clients to be the most up-to-date on all aspects of Spokane.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped more than 150 families buy or sell in the Spokane area and serve on the Board of Directors for Spokane Realtors and Washington Realtors.
Prior to real estate I was a full time professional musician and educator. I love sharing information and making sure my clients are educated about the process.
Outside of real estate you’ll find me playing in local bands on weekends and traveling regularly with my wife, Rosie.

FAQ
Who is Haydn Halsted and what is the Halsted Hometeam?
I started the Halsted Hometeam in 2022 with one goal in mind: to help people move through the Spokane market with clarity and confidence. Since then, our small but mighty team has grown into one of Spokane’s most trusted real estate resources. In 2024, we closed nearly $20 million in volume across 45 transactions, and in 2025 we’re on pace to be apart of 70 home purchases and sales.
What sets us apart is simple — we lead with education, not sales pressure. We take the time to walk you through the process, explain your options, and give you the local insights you won’t find on Google.
