Decreasing home prices doesn’t effect you!

If you’re currently trying to sell a house they MIGHT but that only makes up about .5% of all homeowners in the Spokane area.

So for the majority of you, decreasing prices just don’t matter.

The only people that have the possibility of ending up “under water” are people that bought in the last 18 months and even that is a bit of a stretch. down, but they’re also the reason they won’t go down any more.

We still have a major supply vs demand issue across the country and all signs point to a frenzied real estate market as soon as they dip into the 5’s or lower.

Is now the time to buy? Let me know what you think!
