Hi!
My name is Haydn Halsted with the Halsted Hometeam. I just sold your neighbors home for $48,500 above their asking price. I wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes story of how it all unfolded. We listed 3021 N Belt Street on March 24, Thursday. We promoted it to our database of 743 local buyers and marketed it across our social media channels. The demand was even higher than we expected. We received 20 offers, 60 showings and nearly 100 open house attendees. After a few days of consideration, our clients decided to accept an offer for $317,500.
_
To put that into perspective, 3021 N Belt Street was valued at $240,000 12 months ago. When a home sells for above the asking price in your neighborhood it can have a significant impact on your value. I'm not sure if it's for you but, I'd be happy to prepare a free home valuation report for your home based on the most recent market data. Just text me at 509-570-2482 your name and address and I'll get started right away.

About
As a Spokane native (and someone who left Spokane and couldn’t stay away) I truly know what life is like here in Spokane and have had the opportunity to show dozens of families how great life is here.
Haydn Halsted is a passionate real estate professional, educator, and community advocate based in Spokane, Washington. A graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s in Music Education, Haydn transitioned from teaching and performing to real estate in 2020, blending his love for education with a commitment to helping others achieve their homeownership goals.
Through his "education-first" approach, Haydn has built the largest real estate-focused YouTube channel in Spokane, providing market insights and relocation guidance to clients nationwide. His dedication has made him a trusted resource for relocation buyers, ensuring their transition to Spokane is seamless and community-oriented.
Beyond real estate, Haydn actively supports Spokane's arts community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Spark Central, where he teaches music programs that inspire creativity in local youth. He also performs regularly with local bands, staying deeply connected to Spokane’s vibrant arts scene.
Haydn's leadership extends to the Realtor community, where he has chaired local and state committees, organized events bridging generational gaps in the industry, and served on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Realtors Association. His accolades include the Spokane Realtors YPN Pillar Award (2022) and recognition as one of REAL Broker's Top 25 Agents in the U.S. by Units Sold (Q3, 2024).
Whether mentoring young professionals, creating impactful content, or building connections through real estate, Haydn’s mission is clear: to serve with integrity, foster meaningful relationships, and contribute to a thriving Spokane community.

Originally from the Spokane area—specifically Spangle, WA—I spent much of my twenties living in different cities and traveling the globe, even living as far away as South Africa. While every place I went had its own beauty, there’s truly no place like home.
My background in hospitality and childcare has always fueled my passion for people of all ages. With a degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University, my initial career plan was to become a school counselor. But life had other ideas. When 2020 brought unexpected changes, I reassessed my skills, passions, and goals—and eventually found my way to real estate.
As a naturally creative and compassionate person, I thrive on helping others and solving problems. Whether guiding buyers through showings or assisting sellers in preparing their homes, I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and helping make their real estate journey an enjoyable experience.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband and family, hunting for treasures at vintage shops and estate sales, and exploring the beauty of the Inland Northwest.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you find a place to call home!
