This review is long overdue. Haydn and Morgan helped my husband and I find our home in spring of last year. Haydn did not shy away from helping us find a home after we explained our situation and needs. We were using a VA home loan and needed to find a home where the closing costs would be covered by the seller. Also, we had about a month to find a home and close escrow. Even with all that, Haydn and Morgan did not waste any time in helping us find a home that met our needs/wants. After we found a home, Haydn's team communicated with us throughout the process, giving us regular updates, and we ultimately closed earlier than expected. We were in our home before the lease on our rental was up! I highly recommend the Haydn Halstead Home Team. Haydn has a wealth of real estate knowledge and is an expert when it comes to Spokane specific requirements and real estate market conditions. If or when the day comes to sell, I will be calling Haydn to help us once again. He also has great referrals for local businesses that can help you with your real estate transactions, i.e. insurance brokers, inspectors, etc.

I've been watching Haydn as well as other Spokane realtors on YouTube for over a year. Haydn stood out as very knowledgeable, hard-working, and congenial. Also, a very calm demeanor which was extremely helpful to me during the homebuying process. Haydn and his team were so helpful and supportive.

Haydn was so wonderful to work with. He as kind, patient, and was very good at honing in on what we wanted and needed. He truly went above and beyond to help find our dream house. He was great at navigating the communication between seller and us and was also immensely helpful in coordinating logistics that weren't in his job description (i.e. helping keep an eye out and tucking into our garage some packages that were being delivered to our new home before we officially arrived in Spokane). We spent a lot of time searching for a realtor in Spokane and we are very pleased and highly recommend Haydn to anyone looking to buy a home. Updated 12/4/25 to add that we didn’t think we would need Haydn’s assistance again but one year after purchasing our dream home he helped us purchase a home for our parents as well! The experience was just as wonderful the second time!!
