Vehicle registration window sticker and passes grant access to all weekend activities. Event Highlights Friday, July 19th: Kickoff Festivities: Start the weekend with a bang at Mirabeau Park at 7:00 PM. Saturday, July 20th: Fairgrounds Cruising: Enjoy a special cruise for registered vehicles from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
