Olympic Distance Triathlon: 1.5K swim (from a cruise boat in the bay), 40K bike ride, 10K run

Sprint Distance Triathlon: 500m swim, 13-mile bike, 5K run

Duathlon: 40K bike and 10K run
All races finish at Triathlon Village in Coeur d’Alene City Park—steps from Lake Coeur d’Alene and surrounded by cheering crowds, volunteers, and vendors.
