At this time, there have been no significant changes from last week. We have not had any private showings, but we are continuing to maximize the property's online exposure and monitor activity closely. The vacant land market remains slow overall. There is still only 1 active pending sale within the last 30 days. While things are quiet, please rest assured that your property remains positioned exactly where it needs to be to capture the right buyer as they enter the market.
