That said, there are some encouraging signs emerging. Recent geopolitical developments and easing uncertainty in global markets have already contributed to positive movement in financial markets, including the 10-year Treasury yield. If these trends continue, they could help ease mortgage rates and improve buyer activity and affordability in the coming months.

Across all segments, the strongest demand continues to be for properties that are move-in ready or income-ready—residential homes that require minimal work, rental properties that can immediately generate strong ROI, and land parcels that are build-ready with utilities or clear development potential. In today's environment, investors in particular are becoming increasingly selective, prioritizing opportunities where returns are more immediate and risk is lower, which continues to shape buyer demand across the market.
