We had 1 private showing over the past 7 days. The feedback was that the buyers felt the home would require updates and estimated that it would likely sell around $200K, so they decided not to pursue it. While that is one buyer's perspective, the feedback is helpful in giving us an indication of how the current condition is being perceived.
